Adele Hughes Hromco, founder and CEO of Bridge Connections Strategic Consulting, is a certified executive coach and organizational development consultant. Adele is committed to helping leaders and organizations develop their potentials and open new avenues for opportunity. 

Adele has an extensive background working with non-profit organizations, government agencies, health care services, and religious organizations, and as well as expertise in developing public-private partnerships. Adele brings more than twenty-five years of professional experience in leadership development, change management, facilitation, and training and strategic program development and management.

She has a proven record in facilitating organizational change, developing leaders, leading transitions, managing programs, and overseeing a variety of projects and events. Adele has a passion for making a difference and supporting leaders in their work. 

All of Adele’s work is grounded in her personal mission and heartfelt commitment to meet people and organizations right where they are at in order to bridge to new possibilities. She brings a strong commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion and is committed to working for empowerment and advancement of all people. Bridge Connections Consulting is so named because of her work in helping individuals, teams and organizations cross from a current state to a new and desired state.   

Before her career in organizational development, Adele worked in the hospitality industry, lived and worked in Mexico and Spain, taught university level classes, worked in public education, and led outreach roles in the non-profit arena. She also led training and facilitations in the corporate world, and held leadership roles in health care. Her varied career experience serves as a foundation for understanding change and supporting her coaching and consulting clients.

Adele’s personal journey has informed her work and deepened the expertise she shares with clients. As a two-time cancer survivor, and a life long adventurer, she has learned to practice resilience, optimism, visioning, manifesting, gratitude, and self-awareness. She is committed to using the gifts and learning she has received in life to make a difference shape in the lives of others.

Adele’s personal values, as well as her sense of purpose and meaning ground her. She brings wisdom, presence and love to her work with clients. 

Adele is the mother of four. She lives in Washington County, Oregon and is married to a psychologist. She loves preparing a good meal, easy hikes outdoors, picking berries in the summer, watercolor painting, paddle boarding, and reflective conversations.

Hughes-Hromco holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Change and Communications from Marylhurst University. She is a certified Executive Coach through the ICF accredited College of Executive Coaching. She is proficient in the PROSCI Change Management methodology, AIM Change Management (Accelerated Implementation Management), the GE WorkOut Process, the GE Change Acceleration Process, and the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team.
